Content Marketing Project
For this project, I developed a content marketing strategy for Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Sales, focusing on educating both prospective and current members. Since DVC is a complex product that involves long-term planning and understanding of ownership benefits, my campaign centered on building trust and clarity through helpful, engaging content. I created a strategy that included newsletters, videos, how-to guides, and storytelling formats, all aimed at enhancing transparency, improving member satisfaction, and fostering a stronger sense of community. To support the content, I also conducted an interview with a former DVC guide to ensure the messaging was informed, accurate, and aligned with real member experiences.
