Place-Based Branding Project

For this first project, I proposed a walking tour to help first-year and prospective students feel more connected to the University of Florida campus. I served as the writer and designer, selecting four essential campus locations—Century Tower, Turlington Plaza, Marston Science Library, and the Reitz Union—and creating short, engaging descriptions for each stop. My strategic approach focused on accessibility, clarity, and visual appeal, using Adobe Express to design a user-friendly and mobile-compatible layout. After receiving peer and instructor feedback, I revised the copy for tone and clarity, ensuring the final version was well-suited for orientation programs and digital distribution.
